Lean Assessment Tool

The Lean Assessment Tool is a complete new online tool for manufacturing companies that helps you to evaluate your current state of "lean." It's comprised of a series of statements about policies, procedures and practices.

The assessment scores both qualitative and quantitative descriptions to assign scores to 36 specific attributes of a lean organization. Those 36 attributes are distributed between 7 pillars of an effective organization.

To use the tool, you'll need a username and password. Please contact Denny McCullough for fee and access information. After entering your username and password, click the green "Supplier Assessment Tool" button in the upper right. After you've completed the assessment, Denny will contact you with your results.

The non-manufacturing version of the assessment will be available in the near future.
